MIA – Liverpool Islamic Centre is a vibrant hub for over 600 learners, dedicated to spreading the teachings of Islam through our focus on the Quran and Sunnah. We are the home of Islam in Liverpool, Sydney, and are privileged to cater for the thousands of souls bless our doors every week.

At MIA – Liverpool Islamic Centre, we are deeply committed to the teachings of the Quran and Sunnah, striving to embody these principles in every aspect of our community services. Our Centre offers a wide range of programs, including specialized classes for brothers, sisters, children, and comprehensive Quranic and Islamic studies for all groups, ensuring that every member of our community has the opportunity to grow in their faith and knowledge.

Our sisters’ classes provide a supportive environment for women to learn and connect, fostering a sense of sisterhood and spiritual growth. Similarly, our brothers’ classes offer a dedicated space for men to deepen their understanding and practice of Islam, encouraging active participation and leadership within the community. These classes cover a variety of topics, from foundational Islamic principles to advanced studies, helping brothers to strengthen their faith and apply Islamic teachings in their daily lives.

Our children’s classes lay a strong foundation in Islamic education for the next generation, instilling core values and knowledge from an early age. Additionally, our Quranic and Islamic studies programs are designed to help all participants, regardless of age or background, to deepen their understanding and connection with the Noble Quran and the teachings of Islam. These programs include recitation, memorization, and tafsir (interpretation) of the Quran, as well as lessons on the life of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ and other essential aspects of Islamic knowledge.

Through these initiatives, we aim to foster a vibrant, inclusive, and knowledgeable community that upholds the values of Islam, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to grow spiritually and contribute positively to society.
