Course Overview

This structured Tajweed course is designed for sisters who are seeking to strengthen their recitation skills and apply essential Tajweed rules with confidence.
Pre-requisite: ability to read the Quran at a basic level.

The course uses Summary of the Main Tajweed Rules (Juz 30) by Shaykh Abu Obaidah Jarrah Alanezi, offering a step-by-step learning experience through:

• Key Tajweed rules for correct pronunciation
• Guided recitation using a colour-coded extract of Juz 30
• Fluency development and improved accuracy
• Laying the foundation for future memorisation

When: Every Thursday – starting 1st May 2025
Time: 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM
Duration: Term 2 (9 weeks)
Cost: $150 (includes textbook)
Who: Sisters only – no age limit
